SDS Macesar hopes to improve NMRAA 2024 placement

From its 9th place last year, Schools Division Superintendent Rosemarie T. Macesar is hoping to improve Camiguin Province Patriotic Raiders’ (CPPR) placement in this Northern Mindanao Regional Athletic Association ( NMRAA) Meet 2024.
SDS Macesar is very positive to bag more awards in order to surpass the performance last year. She said, ” Last year, Camiguin garnered 13 golds, 10 silvers, and nine bronzes which our division captured in the 9th spot in the overall ranking.”
” I am praying that the athletes will perform their best and will definitely succeed in their events,” she added.
Macesar wanted to have more qualifiers in the forthcoming Palarong Pambansa in Cebu. FOR SAFETY, Macesar is also looking forward for a secured and safety hosting for NMRAA.
She said, ” I have been praying for the safety hosting of this athletic event. Hopefully, there will be no untoward incidents or injuries among all athletes because we are accountable if it happens.”
Dr. Macesar was thankful for the successful staging of the NMRAA Opening. “Last night, the Governor’s Night was well-attended by all local officials from different provinces and cities. I could say, they are impressed by our hosting,” she added.
SDS Macesar was encouraging all athletes to accept the results of the competition. She said, ” If you can’t make it this year, be courageous to join next year using the lessons you learn in this event.”
Macesar wished all the athletes to gain better lessons that they can apply for the next sporting event.
” Experience is the best teacher. Learn lessons and continue your passion until you’ll win,” she concluded.
More over, approximately 6,000 athletes and coaches from five provinces and two cities in Region X gathered together to compete various sports in Camiguin.
