My warmest congratulations to the school administrators, teachers, parents, guardians, and of course, the graduates and completers of SY 2023-2024.

Let me start by giving my salute and thanks to the teachers and the parents of the graduates. You have joined forces in giving your wholehearted support and care to your learners whose success would not have been possible without you. I urge you to continue to mold them as the future leaders of our country.

I congratulate the learners, the KABATAANG PILIPINO, for overcoming the hurdles and for emerging victorious in your struggle for QUALITY EDUCATION. Our nation, our dearly beloved Philippines, relies so much on you. Dr. Jose Rizal, our national hero, has said, “The youth is the fair hope of the Fatherland.” Indeed, you the KABATAANG PILIPINO, play a crucial and vital role in the growth and development of our country.

As you enter another page of your academic life, remember to make a difference wherever you go. Success is not only measured by material wealth, but also by your acts that make a positive impact on your community. In spite of technology and social media, do not forget the age-old values that your teachers and parents have imparted to you. Be role models in words and in deeds. And if you do all these, indeed, we, your elders, will look up to you in realizing our dream for our Filipino youth as leaders in building a strong and more progressive Philippines.
