As School Year 2024 – 2025 comes to a close, let me extend my warmest greetings to all our learners, teachers, administrators and school personnel, parents and all of us in this collective journey. My snappiest salute to all of you as we celebrate milestones and achievements.

 A Graduation/Completion Ceremony marks not just the end of a chapter, but the beginning of a new journey — one that carries with it the weight of dreams, the promise of growth, and the power of unity. As you stand on the threshold and welcome another chapter in your life, remember that you represent a new generation. As this year’s theme aptly stated  “Henerasyon ng Pagkakaisa: Kaagapay sa Bagong Pilipinas” — a generation called to build a future together, bound by the shared hope of a stronger, and more united Philippines.

The competencies you have gained is not just information; it is the light that will guide you through uncertain paths, illuminating the way forward. The values you have cultivated are not just ideals; they are the deep roots that will keep you grounded when the storms of life come. As you move forward, never forget that your success is not yours alone. It is the culmination of the sacrifices, the love, and the unwavering support of the countless others who have walked, uplifted, and believed in you. They have also struggled with you as you faced uncertainties, challenges and obstacles.

To all teachers, administrators and school staff your competence and commitment paved the brightest road for our learners. To the parents and guardians, we are deeply grateful for the incredible support you have given.

 To all the graduates and completers – continue to move forward and never stop learning. You are the heartbeat of this country – a country that believes in the power of unity and resilience. With every step you take, you carry the dreams and hopes of your family and your community.

As you move to the next journey, remember that you are not walking this path alone. You walk with the strength of generations before you, and with the dreams of a brighter tomorrow that rests in your hands. The power of unity lies within you.
