During the ongoing Northern Mindanao Regional Athletic Association (NMRAA) Meet, the Billeting Quarters (BQ) of the seven delegations were visited by DepEd Division Office Superintendent Dr. Rosemarie T. Macesar, CESO VI. Joined by key officials from the Department of Education, Division of Camiguin, SDS meticulously assessed each corner of the schools to ensure the conditions of athletes and attendees alike.

It was commendable that SDS Macesar prioritized cleanliness of the BQ and the well-being of all athletes in the island.  Maintaining a good-looking environment and comfortable billeting quarters contributes to fostering an atmosphere conducive to both sporting excellence and overall health of the participants. Collaborating with school personnel and barangay officials is essential for upholding safety standards and ensuring the well-being of all members of the seven (7) delegations.

“SDS Macesar prioritizes proactive measures specially the complete biddings of athletes, coaches, and officials to ensure the comfortable stay of all participants in the billeting quarters and to see to it that the health of the athletes is secured,” Macesar emphasized.

Besides, she also considered the importance of preparedness in case of emergencies including the adequate exit routes that all were in place.  

Lastly, through her steadfast dedication, SDS Macesar demonstrated her unwavering commitment to the welfare of the students and the promotion of sportsmanship. This initiative not only set a high standard for the event as a host division but also fostered camaraderie and excellence among participants, thereby contributing to the overall enrichment of the sporting community. #
